An operations lead at a marketplace startup. She used to spend hours in the company's admin, searching products one by one and copying them into spreadsheets. We connected her AI to that admin, and now it does the searching and builds the sheets while she checks them. How a setup goes
Day one is a call. You walk me through your week: what lands in your inbox, what you answer on WhatsApp, which meetings you run, which tools you live in. I ask a lot of small questions. You don't need to show me anything sensitive; an overview is enough.
Over the next few days I build it: the right plan and app for you, instructions written in your voice, one skill per task you repeat, the connections to Gmail, Calendar, WhatsApp, Drive, Notion or your own systems, and the limits so it never sends anything you didn't approve.
Then we sit together for an hour and you run it on your real work while I watch. You leave with a one-page cheat sheet and a couple of weeks of me on chat for the "can it also do this?" questions. It always can.

I'm Leonel. I build software for a living: AI agents, MCP servers, apps that ship to both app stores, and I published my own AI companion app. That's how I know what these tools can do today, not what a video says.
The setup work started by accident, helping a friend connect her ChatGPT to the systems at her company. Eight days later she was running her follow-ups from a meeting recording and asking why nobody had shown her this before.

Fair questions
Which AI do I need?
Whichever you already pay for: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. I recommend a plan if yours is not the right fit, but you pay the vendor, not me. Free tiers usually cannot connect to tools, so a paid plan is expected.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The client in the case study is not. If you can describe your week, I can set it up.
What tools can be connected?
Gmail and Outlook, Google and Microsoft calendars, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, Notion, most CRMs, spreadsheets, and any system with an API. If a tool has no connector, the Setup + Build package covers building one.
Is my data safe?
Credentials stay with you. During the setup I configure what the AI is allowed to read and send, and anything sensitive requires your approval. Nothing is set up on your accounts without you present; afterwards it's yours to run on your own.
Do I have to share confidential information?
You don't have to show me anything sensitive. I work from an overview of how your week runs: what comes in, what you do with it, where it goes. Real emails, client names and numbers stay private; we use samples or placeholders, and you connect your own accounts yourself during the session.
What if I only want a couple of questions answered?
Book the 30-minute call. If you later buy a setup within 30 days, the call is credited.
Do you work with teams?
Yes. From 5 seats the setup runs per person with a shared skills library, through my consultancy, Nexora Group LLC, with a proper contract and invoice.
English or Spanish?
Both, natively. Sessions and cheat sheets in the language you prefer. Other languages work through a translation layer.
